At Caxiam Group, our products, services, and the relationships we have with our clients are sound because the
foundation of our company was built on trust, a progressive mindset, and a pure passion for every facet of this
industry. Oh, and it helps that the Co-Founders spent time on the same playground as kids!
Caxiam Group is Eric Sharp & Ethan Pitsch,
or "2E", as coined by a whimsical client. They grew up together in the humble town of Sterling, Illinois, where
they played sports together and took the same Physics and Math classes in High School. They followed their own
paths for a time after graduation, but eventually met back up in Winter Park, Florida, at Full Sail College.
They were eager and motivated, although they had different aspirations for pursuing degrees at Full Sail. As Ethan
soaked in the Graphic Design disciplines, his instincts pushed him in the Computer Science direction, where he
developed expertise in programming, web-servers, and database technologies. Eric, on the other hand, left behind
an Engineering background that had failed to capture his long-term interests and instead allowed his inner artist
to run free at Full Sail in the Graphic Design discipline.
After college, fate brought "2E" together once again. Eric and Ethan remained in the Central Florida area and took positions at a
small web company founded by two NASA engineers. Together they sharpened their skills technically and creatively,
and five years later they found themselves working with Fortune 1000 clients like Bank of America, Visa, AAA, ADP
and E*Trade. The small web company had become 250+ over the years through a series of acquisitions and mergers and
"2E" found themselves longing to create businesses to call their own. While living together, they began burning the
midnight oil and making the necessary contacts. For the most part, "2E" worked independently, each having separate
business interests. As they increasingly relied upon each other to collaborate on projects, a partnership was born.
It would take "2E" three years of trial and error with employees to build the dream team they'd always longed
for and their persistence and determination finally paid off when senior team members from their previous employer
began calling with desires to join the Caxiam Group team. One by one, loyal friends and highly esteemed co-workers
from the past came aboard with aspirations of contributing greatly to a thriving company. Looking back, each addition
was perfectly timed relative to the growing client requests coming through the door.
Today, Ethan and Eric are still very eager and motivated, but now that they have their dream team in place
they can fully focus on utilizing their in-house talent to produce amazing results for their clients in local,
national and international markets. Though they are far removed from their days on the playground, their
friendship continues to grow as Caxiam Group grows. Their long-term connection as friends and as business
partners signals to any potential client that this is a stable business founded on loyalty and a shared vision.
